Food quality could improve significantly!!! Amenities like functioning air conditioning and proper room lighting need more attention!!! Checkout process can be frustrating. staff could benefit from better training on customer service!!!

I was really disappointed with the breakfast variety. it was low-quality and lacking freshness. The staff in the spa were inattentive and unprofessional, which ruined my relaxation experience. Additionally, the noise from nearby renovations was unbearable, starting as early as 7 am and disrupting the peace I was hoping for during my stay.

The hotel had an inviting atmosphere that made me feel

immediately at home. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location was convenient. However, the amenities could have been better maintained, especially the gym equipment which was outdated and in need of repair.

I had an very nice time soaking up the sun by the heated outdoor pool, with amazing city views all around. Breakfast on the rooftop was a feast for the senses, complete with a wide selection of delicious options. Plus, the spa treatments? Pure bliss! I left feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world.

I loved that the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was a feast! My room was clean and bright with awesome views. The location felt so safe, and I really appreciated the helpful security. Just a heads up, the pool was closed for maintenance which was a bummer, but at least there was a backup plan nearby.
